This event is a partnership of the Employers Network and the Greenville Chamber, OneSpartanburg and is sponsored by First Sun EAP. This presentation will teach participants how to develop an emergency organizational action plan, incorporate regular training exercises (drills) and preventative measures, recognize and report potential warning signs of potentially violent behavior, and provide psychological first aid to primary and secondary impacted employees in the aftermath of an active shooter incident. The objectives of this training are to help participants: 1. Identify steps of an emergency action plan 2. Develop and implement a regular active shooter preparedness training including regular drills 3. Recognize indicators of potentially violent behavior and take preventative measures 4. Provide psychological first aid to primary and secondary impacted employees post-incident
