The 51st Kentuck Festival of the Arts
Starts on Saturday, October 15th, 2022
Northport, Alabama, United States
About the event
Mark your calendars for October 15 and 16, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday and 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Sunday, rain or shine, to be a part of this soulful and fun connection of art, artists, music, and friends! This two-day festival has been a part of the lives of many collectors and undiscovered artists who are now in textbooks, galleries, and museums, such as the High Museum in Atlanta and the Smithsonian Museums in Washington, D.C. This event takes place in Kentuck Park located 3 blocks from Kentuck Art Center in historic downtown Northport, Alabama. The park is filled with beautiful, tall, southern pines lining the path to over 250 artists from across the United States. They bring their art and unique stories of adventure and challenges that enrich and encourage the soul. Food trucks, craft beer, art demonstrations, a fun-filled kids’ area, music stage, and spoken word stage also bring delight to all of the senses! The Festival is part of the Kentuck Art Center's year-round programming, and we are proud to invite you to our 51st Festival to experience for yourself why so many call this festival “A Heaven of a Place”.
