Attendees: Parking is available in the parking garages located on both sides of the venue. Vendors: Check in will stage in the circle but overnight parking after load in will in be the lot east of the Whart tenants. A map will be sent with your vendor packet.

LOCATION AND SET UP- The Wharf is located at the Intersection of Hwy 180 (Canal Rd) and the Foley Beach Express.From Hwy 161, turn left and travel west 4 miles. From Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores travel east 5 miles.- Booths will line the center of Main Street at The Wharf in Orange Beach.- All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.- All booth spaces are 10 X 10. Vendors must supply their own 10 X 10 tent and tents MUST BE WEIGHTED, NO STAKES. All product/stock/equipment must be kept within the tent footprint.- No electricity is available and generators are not permitted so we encourage battery powered lights.- Exhibitors can check in and begin their setup on Friday, December 8 between 12:00-6:00 pm.- Festival hours are December 9 - 10 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.- Exhibitors must remain throughout the duration of the festival.- Space assignments and revenue packets will be distributed at check-in. Detailed Vendor set-up information will be emailed approximately ten days prior to the festival.
 
VENDOR BUSINESS LICENSE- Baldwin County requires a Transient Vendor license for Festival participants. (The City of Orange Beach does not require a license but you must remit sales tax.) This is an annual license and good for any event in the County. Call Baldwin County License Dept at 251-937-0260 if you do not already hold a license.- Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying sales taxes. City, County, and State tax forms will be included in vendor packets. - All displays should be designed and constructed in good taste. Displays must not cause concern for the safety of festival attendees.- Vendors may ONLY use the space provided and purchased. The County requirements are avaliable in the documents section of this application.
 
Vendors are responsible for securing tents and merchandise at the festival, but security will be provided before and after hours during the festival. The CABC and The Wharf assume no responsibility or liability for damage or loss of property in cases of weather, theft or vandalism or any other cause. It is the responsibility of the vendor to insure and secure their own property.-
 
Vendors must bring enough inventory to make it through the festival and all vendors MUST stay open for the duration of the festival.- Vendors may NOT pack up and leave early unless approved by committee. Leaving early will automatically disqualify you from the following year’s festival.- No booth space can be sub-leased. Any vendor found subleasing space will be disqualified from the festival and asked to leave without refund.VENDOR/ARTIST REVIEW- All Fine Arts products should be original and created by the vendor.- We reserve the right to choose based on the overall variety they lend to the festival experience.- We reserve the right to deny admission based on quality of product or the over-abundance of applicants in the same medium/product. Also, Wharf Management has the right to deny any vendor based on possible competition to one or more of their tenants.
