Students will decorate freshly baked sugar cookies inspired by favorite fall and Thanksgiving designs, including turkeys, pumpkins, leaves, acorns, pies and other seasonal favorites.Throughout class, students will work with a variety of piping tips to create feathers, leaves, borders, ridges and other dimensional details. We’ll demonstrate proper piping-bag control, how to combine colors and textures and how to layer buttercream details to give each cookie personality and depth.Buttercream is forgiving, delicious and perfect for decorators who love bold texture and dimension.
