About the event
Tekko's Spooky Spectacular, as presented by the Pittsburgh Japanese Cultural Society, is a Halloween event on taking place on October, Friday the 9th 2026. We will be celebrating spooky season with cosplay, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), food, crafts, and of course, karaoke! We may other tricks and treats up our sleeves, so stay tuned to our social media for announcements. Come join us for a frightfully fun time! This is an all ages event. You must be 21+ with valid non-expired ID in order to consume alcohol on the premise.

This ticket includes admission to the event and access to all activities provided, hot food/snacks (final menu pending), water, and soft drinks. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Attendees 21+ may purchase the Alcohol Add On online ahead of time, or in person at the event. The closest public transit stop to the event is about an hour walk, if you are interested in a shuttle to and from the event and the bus stop, please fill out the interest form here: https://www.eventeny.com/events/applications/application/?id=9858

THIS IS NOT YOUR ADMISSION INTO THE EVENT. ADMISSION IS PURCHASED SEPARATELY. Prepay and save! This package covers your first 3 alcoholic drinks of your choosing: beer, wine, seltzers, signature cocktails, etc. Additional drinks may be purchased on site for $7/each. By prepaying for this drink package, you will save $6! One package per ticket holder. Add-on sales end at 12:00pm on October 9th. We reserve the right to deny sale of alcohol to those visibly intoxicated. You must present a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID to our server to be served. No refunds will be honored for partial use, a forgotten or invalid ID, or any other reason.

The closest bus stop to the Cottage at South Park is about an hour's walk. We are looking into options for a shuttle to take individuals to and from that stop. Please fill out this form if you have any interest in taking that shuttle so we can get an estimated headcount. 

 

Our tentative plan is to have two shuttle runs at the start of the event and two shuttle runs at the end of the event. Times will be finalized once we have a final headcount.

 

Please read over the terms and conditions for the fee. We are charging $5 per person for the shuttle and you will have 48 hours after confirmation (on or after October 1st) to withdraw your application before the fee is charged to your payment method. Confirmation and instructions will be sent to the email you provided as well as Eventeny's internal messaging service. No refunds will be provided if your payment method is charged.
