Tekko 2026 booth space will be 10' x 10' and includes one folding table (8ft x 24in), two chairs, and a black & white sign with your name.Â
Electricity, telephone, & internet services are NOT included and must be requested separately after your application has been approved. Visiting Partners are conventions, non-profits, and other community partners that share their mission or events with attendees at Tekko.

So you want to host a session at Tekko 2026? Fabulous! But first, we are going to need to understand a bit more about what you would like to present to make sure it's a good fit for this event. Please answer the questions below for your panel or workshop. If you'd like to submit more than one application, that's awesome! You will just need to submit separate forms for each panel application. Once finished, you should receive a confirmation including the details of your submission. If you don't receive one, please let us know at programming@pittjcs.org

Welcome to the Tekko 2025 Community Content application!
Community content is defined as demonstrations, lessons, lectures, presentations, and other Japanese culture connected programming content at Tekko that is put on by our partner organizations throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding region.
Be sure to note that our ability to accept these applications may be limited by the available suitable programming space.Â

This application is for performance at Tekko 2026. In the Performance Contest, cosplayers present a skit/musical performance/etc, on the main stage in front of a live audience. Judging takes place during the performance.Â

Hand-made costumes are encouraged but not required for the Performance Contest and competitors are scored for presentation only. For craftsmanship, please fill out the separate craftsmanship application.Â
Please submit only ONE form per group. The person submitting will be responsible for sharing the necessary information to the other group members. Â

Rehearsal is mandatory for all competitors, and will be held Saturday July 25th from 10:00am - 12:00pm.Â

The run time for all performances may not exceed 2 minutes.

In the Craftsmanship Contest, cosplayers are judged on the construction of their costume in a private, scheduled interview with a panel of experienced judges.
- This application is for craftsmanship only at Tekko 2026. For performance, please fill out the separate performance application.
- If you are entering as a group, please submit only ONE form. The person submitting will be responsible for sharing the necessary information to the other group members.
Judging slots are available on Friday July 24th from 6pm to 8pm, and Saturday July 25th from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Entrants with a Friday judging time slot may participate in the skit portion of the performance event. Entrants with a Saturday judging slot may only participate in the walk-on section of the performance contest. Preference for a Friday or Saturday time slot is part of this application form.
