Fan art of ANY variety is not allowed to be sold. Only licensed or original items are authorized to be sold by vendors. Subletting of booths is strictly prohibited. See our policy on the website for more details.
Tekko 2025 booth space will be 10' x 10' and includes one folding table (8ft x 24in), two chairs, and a black & white sign with your name.
Electricity, telephone, & internet services are NOT included and must be requested separately after your application has been approved. A table and chairs are provided for you things like table clothes are not bring all displays you may need but dont leave your space please!
Thursday : Seller check in and set up is from 4PM - 5:25PM. Doors open at 5:30! The market ends at 8:30 on Thursday, and everyone must be out of the convention center by 9.
Sunday : Seller check in and set up is from 9:15AM-10:25. Doors open at 10:30AM and we will close at 2pm
*You must have a valid Tekko badge in your name at time of application to sell at the Tekko Flea Market NO exceptions*
Registration for the markets will go until July 15th; or until tables are sold out. Tables left over that are not sold online will be sold on site we cannot hold or guarantee tables outside of approved applications!
This application is for your badge to be marked by staff as a fan photographer. Your information--studio name, website, and preferred means of contact-- will be added to a list shared on the Tekko website, and you'll be permitted to advertise in the official event pages. In addition, you'll be granted access to the Photographer's Lounge to meet clients and charge equipment. There is no additional cost for this designation
Groups or organizations with 5 or members such as high school or college anime clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc. can apply for a group registration to receive a discount!

In the Performance Contest, cosplayers will take to the Main Stage and perform in front of a live audience. Performers are not judged on craftsmanship, only overall presentation. You may compete with bought or commissioned costumes.
THE MAIN AMV CONTEST DEADLINE HAS PASSED. Any applications for the Main contest received after June 15 will not be accepted. Please use this application for Extreme (18+) AMV Contest entries only. We are accepting Extreme AMV Contest entries until 11:59 PM Eastern time on July 6.
The Anime Music Video (AMV) Contest and Extreme AMV Contest (intended for an 18+ audience) provide video editors an opportunity to have their work shown in front of an enthusiastic audience. The main Contest is divided into categories, such as Action, Comedy, and Drama; the audience will vote on their favorite in each category, as well as their favorite video overall. There are also Judges, Staff, and Coordinator's Choice awards, as well as special awards for technical and storytelling achievement.
