About the event
Taste of Noble County is a community food festival celebrating the best local restaurants, food trucks, bakeries, caterers, and specialty food vendors from across Noble County. Admission is FREE! Guests can purchase tasting tickets to enjoy sample-sized tastes from participating food vendors, while many vendors may also offer full-size menu items and products for purchase. People’s Choice – Events That Give Back As you taste your way through the event, you’ll also have the opportunity to help support a local nonprofit. Each participating food vendor will select a nonprofit organization to represent. Guests who purchase eligible tasting-ticket packages will receive People’s Choice voting tokens to cast for their favorite participating food vendors. At the end of the event, the vendor receiving the most votes will be named the Taste of Noble County People’s Choice winner. Noble County Events, Inc. will donate 25% of gross tasting-ticket package sales to the nonprofit organization selected by the winning vendor. VIP Early Access Pass sales, vendor sales, sponsorships, fees, and other event revenue are not included in the People’s Choice donation calculation. Taste local. Vote for your favorite. Free parking will be available on-site at the Community Learning Center for Taste of Noble County attendees. Please follow posted signage and directions from event staff when entering and parking. VIP Early Access is from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Only guests with a valid VIP Early Access Pass will be permitted to enter the event during this time. Each person entering during the VIP hour must have their own VIP Early Access Pass. Free general admission begins at 4:00 PM. Guests without a VIP Early Access Pass will not be admitted before 4:00 PM. Accessible parking spaces are available for guests with appropriate permits or license plates. Please do not park in fire lanes, loading areas, reserved spaces, or other areas marked as restricted. All participating food vendors are responsible for complying with applicable Noble County Health Department requirements and maintaining proper food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and food safety practices throughout the event. Food vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or approvals required for their participation. For additional food and consumer safety information, please visit the Noble County Health Department: Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions Food is prepared and served by independent participating vendors. Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other food-related concerns should speak directly with the participating vendor before consuming any food or beverage. Noble County Events, Inc. cannot guarantee that food or beverages served at the event are free from allergens or cross-contact. Guests are encouraged to follow all posted event signage, dispose of trash in designated receptacles, keep aisles and walkways clear, and be mindful of crowd flow and shared spaces. Children should remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult. In the event of an accident, illness, injury, spill, or other safety concern, please notify Noble County Events staff or an event volunteer immediately. VIP Early Access Pass – $15 Upgrade your Taste of Noble County experience with exclusive VIP early access from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 14, 2026. VIP guests will enjoy a limited-capacity early-access hour before free general admission begins at 4:00 PM, providing a more relaxed opportunity to visit participating food vendors and begin the tasting experience. This VIP pass is $15 per person and provides early entry only. Tasting tickets are sold separately and are required to redeem tasting-size samples from participating food vendors. Each participating food vendor determines the number of tasting tickets required for their individual sample offerings. Samples may require 1 or more tasting tickets, and the required number will be clearly posted by the participating vendor. The VIP Early Access Pass does not include tasting tickets or People’s Choice voting tokens. People’s Choice voting tokens are included with the purchase of eligible tasting-ticket packages. Each VIP Early Access Pass admits ONE person. Each person entering during the VIP hour must have their own valid VIP Early Access Pass. General admission beginning at 4:00 PM is FREE.

Taste of Noble County is an indoor food experience celebrating local restaurants, bakeries, caterers, food trucks, and specialty food businesses from across Noble County.

 

2026 FEATURED FOOD PARTICIPANT SIGN UP IS FREE!

Featured Food Participants are encouraged to bring and sell their regular menu items, full-size portions, beverages, packaged products, and other approved offerings throughout the event.

 

VENDORS KEEP 100% OF THEIR REGULAR SALES.

In addition to regular sales, Featured Food Participants will take part in the Taste of Noble County tasting experience by offering one or more smaller tasting portions that guests can redeem using Taste of Noble County tasting tickets.

 

This gives guests an opportunity to try something from your business and, if they enjoy it, purchase a larger portion, full-size menu item, or other products directly from you.

 

General admission to Taste of Noble County is FREE beginning at 4:00 PM. Guests who wish to participate in the tasting experience may purchase tasting tickets to redeem with participating food vendors.

 

Optional electrical access is available for $15. Electrical availability is limited and must be requested through the application.

 

TASTING TICKETS

You decide what you would like to offer as your tasting portion and how many tasting tickets it will require.

 

We recommend keeping tasting portions between 1–3 tasting tickets whenever possible. Keeping tasting amounts within this range allows guests to use their tickets with a variety of participating businesses and experience more of what Taste of Noble County has to offer.

 

For example, you might offer a small tasting portion for 1 ticket, a larger or more premium tasting portion for 2 tickets, or a higher-cost tasting portion for 3 tickets.

 

You may offer more than one tasting option.

 

The tasting-ticket amount should be clearly displayed at your space so guests know how many tickets are required. Vendors may adjust the number of tickets required for a tasting portion during the event if needed.

 

Tasting portions redeemed with tasting tickets should not require any additional payment from the guest.

 

REGULAR & FULL-SIZE SALES

The tasting-ticket program does not prevent you from making regular sales during the event.

 

Featured Food Participants are encouraged to offer larger portions, full-size menu items, meals, beverages, packaged products, take-home items, or other approved products for purchase directly from their business.

 

Regular purchases are made directly between the customer and the vendor and do not use Taste of Noble County tasting tickets.

Vendors set their own regular prices and keep 100% of their regular sales.

 

Think of the tasting portion as an opportunity to introduce guests to what you make — and your regular menu or products as an opportunity for them to come back and purchase more.

 

PEOPLE’S CHOICE COMPETITION

Each participating food vendor will select a nonprofit organization to represent in the Taste of Noble County People’s Choice Competition.

 

Guests who purchase eligible tasting-ticket packages will receive People’s Choice voting tokens to cast for their favorite participating food vendors.

 

The vendor receiving the most valid People’s Choice votes will be named the Taste of Noble County People’s Choice winner.

Noble County Events, Inc. will donate 25% of gross tasting-ticket package sales to the nonprofit organization selected by the People’s Choice winning vendor.

 

HEALTH & PERMIT REQUIREMENTS

All applicable local health department requirements remain in effect. Participating vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, approvals, or other requirements applicable to their food preparation and service.

Taste of Noble County – Ticket Terms & Conditions By purchasing a tasting-ticket package or VIP Early Access Pass for Taste of Noble County, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions: Admission General admission to Taste of Noble County is free beginning at 4:00 PM. Tasting tickets are required only for participating tasting-size samples. Full-size food, beverages, merchandise, and other items offered by vendors may be purchased separately directly from the vendor. Tasting Tickets Tasting tickets are valid only during Taste of Noble County on November 14, 2026. The number of tasting tickets required for each sample may vary by participating vendor. Tasting tickets have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. VIP Early Access VIP Early Access Passes provide admission to the event from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM before free general admission begins. Each person entering during the VIP hour must have their own VIP Early Access Pass. VIP Early Access Passes do not include tasting tickets or People’s Choice voting tokens unless specifically stated otherwise. People’s Choice Voting Eligible tasting-ticket packages include People’s Choice voting tokens as stated in the individual package description. Voting tokens have no cash value and may only be used for the Taste of Noble County People’s Choice competition. The participating vendor receiving the most valid People’s Choice votes will be declared the People’s Choice winner. Noble County Events, Inc. will donate 25% of gross eligible tasting-ticket package sales to the nonprofit organization designated by the People’s Choice winning vendor. VIP Early Access Pass sales, vendor sales, sponsorships, fees, and other event revenue are excluded from this calculation. Refunds and Transfers All tasting-ticket package and VIP Early Access Pass sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Noble County Events, Inc. Unused tasting tickets and People’s Choice voting tokens are non-refundable and have no cash value. Lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced tasting tickets, voting tokens, or VIP credentials may not be replaced. Food and Allergies Food is prepared and served by independent participating vendors. Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other food-related concerns are responsible for speaking directly with the participating vendor before consuming any food or beverage. Noble County Events, Inc. does not guarantee that any food item is free from allergens or cross-contact. Vendor and Menu Changes Participating vendors, menu items, tasting samples, activities, and event offerings are subject to change without notice. Event Changes Noble County Events, Inc. reserves the right to modify event hours, activities, layouts, participating vendors, or other event details when necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Conduct Guests are expected to follow event, venue, and safety rules and instructions from event staff. Noble County Events, Inc. reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose conduct creates a safety concern, disrupts the event, or interferes with other guests, vendors, volunteers, or staff.
