Tarheel Antiques Festival (Fall 2025)

This booth space is for an Outdoor Antique vendor space which is 25' X 25'.  Booth space is nonrefundable but can be carried over to the next event.  The Outdoor Vendor space is shown in maroon on the map and only available for antique vendors.  Once you submit your application it will be reviewed for approval.  You will be able to select your preference in booth space as you complete the initial steps. Once approval is complete your payment will be charged.  

This booth space is for an Indoor Antique vendor space which is 15' X 15'.  Booth space is nonrefundable but can be carried over to the next event.  The Outdoor Vendor space is shown in yellow on the map and only available for antique vendors.  Once you submit your application it will be reviewed for approval.  Once approval is complete your payment will be charged.  You will be able to select your preference in booth space as you complete the initial steps

This booth space is for an Partly Covered vendor space which is 15' X 15'.  Booth space is nonrefundable but can be carried over to the next event.  The Outdoor Vendor space is shown in pink on the map and available for all vendors.  Once you submit your application it will be reviewed for approval.  Once approval is complete your payment will be charged.  You will be able to select your preference in booth space as you complete the initial steps.

This booth space is for an Arts and Crafts vendor space which is 15' X 15'.  Booth space is nonrefundable but can be carried over to the next event.  The Outdoor Vendor space is shown in blue on the map and only available for arts and crafts or antique vendors.  Once you submit your application it will be reviewed for approval.  Once approval is complete your payment will be charged.  You will be able to select your preference in booth space as you complete the initial steps.

This booth space is for an General vendor space which is 15' X 15'.  Booth space is nonrefundable but can be carried over to the next event.  The Outdoor Vendor space is shown in green on the map and available for any type of vendors.  Once you submit your application it will be reviewed for approval.  Once approval is complete your payment will be charged.  You will be able to select your preference in booth space as you complete the initial steps.

This booth space is for an Outdoor Antique vendor space which is 25' X 25'.  Booth space is nonrefundable but can be carried over to the next event.  The Outdoor Vendor space is shown in orange on the map and only available for food vendors.  Once you submit your application it will be reviewed for approval.  Once approval is complete your payment will be charged.  Each food vendor is responsible for contacting the Orange County Health Department to retain a temporary food permit.  For those vendors that have a permit already you will still need to call to confirm with the health department of your attendance of our event.  They can be reached at 919 732-8181.   You will be able to select your preference in booth space as you complete the initial steps.
