Our A Tai Chi - Yoga Fusion class blends the slow, fluid, and mindful movements of Tai Chi with the stretching and strengthening postures of yoga. This low-impact practice is designed to build flexibility, improve balance, and cultivate deep mental tranquility. Designed for all ability levels; both chair and floor mat instruction provided.
