ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us at one of Atlanta's most anticipated charity golf tournaments — a full day of 18-hole championship golf, community, giving, and celebration at the magnificent Chateau Élan Estate & Winery.
The Swing for Smiles Toy Drive Golf Tournament brings together 150+ registered players, families, executives, and community leaders for a purpose-driven day on the Woodlands Course. All proceeds benefit the Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta — a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting children and families across our community.

TOY DRIVE PARTICIPATION
This event doubles as a Toy Drive fundraiser for children in need. Vendors who donate unwrapped toys or sponsor the toy collection effort will receive:

★ On-stage acknowledgment at the Awards Ceremony

IMPORTANT DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
• Vendor load-in begins at 8:00 AM — all vendors must be fully set up and ready by 10:00 AM
• Each vendor is responsible for providing their own table, chairs, tent (if needed), and all display materials within their designated booth space
• Spaces are assigned upon application approval — early applicants receive priority placement
• All products and services must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages
• Food vendors must provide proof of applicable food handler permits
• Electricity is limited — requests must be noted in your application (availability not guaranteed)
• Breakdown begins no earlier than 5:00 PM

APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 15th
Spaces are strictly limited to ensure every vendor receives quality foot traffic and a premium experience. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — the sooner you apply, the better your chances of securing your preferred tier and placement.

- If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with a contagious disease, please stay home and rest.
### 2. Hand Hygiene:
- Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the festival grounds. We encourage all attendees to use hand sanitizer regularly, especially before eating and after using common areas.
### 3. Physical Distancing:
- Please practice physical distancing when possible, especially in lines and crowded areas. We recommend maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from others, particularly if they do not belong to your party.
### 4. Face Masks:
- While not mandatory, wearing face masks is encouraged, especially in indoor areas, to protect yourself and others, particularly those who may be vulnerable.
### 5. Cleaning and Disinfection:
- High-touch areas, such as gaming consoles, inflatables, and seating, will be regularly cleaned and disinfected throughout the event to ensure a safe environment for attendees.
### 6. Food Safety:
- Stay hydrated and choose food items from local vendors that follow proper food safety protocols. Please wash your hands before and after consuming food and beverages.
### 7. Emergency Procedures:
- In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of event staff. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits located throughout the venue.
### 8. Health Checks:
- Event staff will be on-site to monitor attendees for any signs of illness. If you exhibit symptoms during the event, please seek assistance from our team immediately.
### 9. Follow Signage and Instructions:
