We're looking for passionate, committed individuals to join our board and help us grow this incredible event. ✨ About the Swampfest Board Swampfest is organized by a volunteer board of community members who plan and execute the annual festival. As a board member, you will be involved in: - Festival planning, logistics, and decision-making - Budgeting and fundraising - Outreach and community engagement - Volunteer coordination - Creative direction and event curation - Attending regular board meetings We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences — no prior event or board experience is required, just a willingness to contribute and collaborate.
