Suwanee Fest 2025

We are looking for our future Suwanee Fest Exhibitors by showcasing young talent (18 years or younger) for partial day table space for Suwanee Fest!  Come experience the festival environment without the two-day commitment! Youth on the Rise participants can choose their ideal booth selling time with up to three slot selections. All exhibitors in the Youth on the Rise area will be setting up on one table and sharing space in a single large tent. 

 

Suwanee Fest is a two-day juried art show for handcrafted and handmade items only. Please read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully before completing your application.  One 8 foot table will be provided.  Accepted applicants must provide all decor, table cover, and all display items. 

Event dates, September 20 & 21 event.  The event is rain or shine!  Youth on the Rise can choose one (or more) of the following time slots: Saturday 9/20 from 9 am to 1 pm, Saturday 9/20 2 pm to 6 pm or Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm.

If we do not receive ALL materials by the application deadline, you will not be considered for Suwanee Fest.

The deadline for all applications is August 15. The application fee ($15) is not refundable, even if the event is canceled.

 

As a Silver Sponsor of Suwanee Fest, you receive: • 10’x10’ booth space • Tent, table(s), and chairs (if needed) • Electricity (if requested) • Two Suwanee Fest t-shirts • Complimentary parade entry • Featured listing ad in special Suwanee Magazine pull-out section • SuwaneeFest.com business name listing • Two parking passes • Stage shoutout during the festival Early-Bird Price (before June 1st): $2,500 After June 1st: $2,600 Please note that all sponsors will be asked to put a credit card on file to apply. A high note of Suwanee Fest is the outstanding talent that performs in Town Center Park. On the stage and throughout the park, you will find dance groups, acrobats, solo artists, bands, and other exhibition groups with very diverse backgrounds. Up-and-coming performers as well as established favorites entertain and delight audiences of all ages during this two-day event. Applicants will be considered for entertainment slots on Saturday, September 20 or Sunday, September 21. *Please note that Suwanee Fest does not charge for admission, therefore entertainers are generally not paid to perform at this event. All performances should be family- and little ears/eyes-friendly. Application does NOT guarantee a time slot. Most performance times are limited to 30 minutes. The City of Suwanee and the Suwanee Fest committee have the right to limit the number of performers and backstage personnel. Groups who wish to sell merchandise during and following their performance may do so but should provide their own personnel. Stage plots and other special needs must be coordinated with the Suwanee Fest stage manager prior to event day. This is a rain or shine event.
