Sunny’s Market – Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. General Overview
Sunny’s Market is an independently operated pop-up market event series designed to provide a positive and professional environment for local vendors, artists, and food trucks. By participating as a vendor, you agree to comply with all rules, terms, and policies set forth in this agreement.
Participation in any Sunny’s Market event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Vendor Application & Acceptance
* All vendor applications must be submitted through Eventeny, our official event management platform.
* We no longer accept vendor bookings, payments, or communication via email or QuickBooks.
* Applications are reviewed and approved at the discretion of Sunny’s Market management. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
* Accepted vendors will receive confirmation and payment instructions directly through Eventeny.
3. Payments & Fees
* All vendor fees are non-refundable once paid.
* Fees must be paid in full through Eventeny’s secure payment system once accepted.
* We do not accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, or other unofficial payment methods.
4. Vendor Placement
* Booth placements are assigned by the Sunny’s Market team based on vendor category, product type, spacing needs, and event layout.
* Placement requests are considered but not guaranteed.
* Final placement maps will be provided before each event via Eventeny.
* Vendors are not permitted to move spaces or trade booths without prior approval.
5. Setup & Breakdown
* Load-in times are staggered (e.g., 8:00 AM, 8:15 AM, etc.) and must be strictly followed to maintain traffic flow and safety.
* Vendors must be fully set up and ready by event start time. Late arrivals may forfeit their space without refund.
* Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment including tents, tables, chairs, and displays.
* Vendors may leave tents overnight only when explicitly permitted. Sunny’s Market and venue staff are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items left on site.
* Vendors must completely vacate their space within one hour after the event ends.
6. Conduct & Compliance
* Vendors agree to maintain a professional and positive attitude toward customers, staff, and fellow vendors.
* All products must be legal, family-friendly, and safe for public sale. No illegal substances, firearms, or counterfeit goods are permitted.
* Vendors must comply with all city, county, and venue regulations, including food permits (if applicable) and health/safety standards.
* Vendors selling consumables must display appropriate permits and maintain clean food-handling practices.
7. Weather Policy
* Sunny’s Market is a rain-or-shine event unless conditions are deemed unsafe by management or the venue (e.g., lightning, flooding, or severe storms).
* In the case of event cancellation due to weather or emergencies, management may reschedule or offer a credit toward a future event at its sole discretion.
* Refunds are not issued due to weather-related cancellations.
8. Marketing & Media
* By participating, vendors grant Sunny’s Market permission to photograph or film their booth, products, and likeness for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
* Vendors are encouraged to tag and promote Sunny’s Market across social platforms using our official handles and hashtags.
9. Liability & Indemnification
* Vendors participate at their own risk. Sunny’s Market, its affiliates, staff, venue partners, and sponsors are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or claim that may occur before, during, or after the event.
* Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunny’s Market, the venue, and all associated personnel from any claims or damages arising from participation, sales, or activities at the event.
* Vendors are encouraged to carry personal or business liability insurance.
10. Communication & Support
* All vendor communication will take place directly through Eventeny’s messaging system.
* Sunny’s Market staff will no longer respond to vendor inquiries via email.
* For event updates, vendor placement, or support, please log into your Eventeny account and message us there.
11. Termination of Participation
* Sunny’s Market reserves the right to remove any vendor at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, inappropriate behaviour, non-payment, or safety concerns.
* Removal from the event does not entitle the vendor to a refund.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to and/or participating in Sunny’s Market, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above.
