My favorite vendor to do events for. Participated in all of the events for 2025 and just purchased my gold card for 2026. The events are very well managed for vendors and attendees.

I was a vendor at their charlotte christmas market on 12/13/2025. they advertised the event having 150+ vendors, and that their events all bring in 5000+ attendees. to me, this was well worth $150. however, they did not deliver what they promised.
there were only 40 vendors, and maybe 15-20 people come through in the first couple of hours. we saw a couple other vendors packing up to leave, so we tried to find the event organizers to let them know we were leaving early too. THEY WERE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. so we called it and packed up and left. As we were leaving, many other vendors were pulling their vehicles up to pack up and leave as well.
they don't do refunds for any reason, so that was $150 down the drain. that's a significant loss when you're a small creator.
I highly recommend staying away from this company.
Sadly, this was our very first Charlotte market, and it took place during a major holiday weekend. It ended up not being a great event turnout-wise, but there were also four other Christmas markets happening in Charlotte that same day, which significantly split attendance across the city.
We truly did our best to promote and execute the event, but some factors were simply out of our control. We can only operate in the ways that work for our team and our systems, and we communicated all updates and instructions through our official channel.
We understand the frustration, and we genuinely wish the outcome had been better for everyone involved. However, we cannot take responsibility for external circumstances like competing events, holiday timing, or vendors missing updates due to not following the required communication process.
Sunny Market — unacceptable and unprofessional conduct.
I paid $150 in September to participate as a vendor. One week before the event, I requested vendor details and was told by Molly that the information would be sent on Friday, December 12 — it never was.
On Sunday morning, after baking all my bread and goods, I discovered through Sunny Market’s Facebook page that the market was canceled due to weather. I received no call, no message, and no email notifying vendors.
I repeatedly tried to call Moon and Molly and also sent an email — no response at all. There has been no refund and no communication, resulting in direct financial loss. This reflects a serious lack of responsibility and professionalism. Avoid.
This is not an accurate or complete account of what happened.
We sent a clear email to all vendors informing them that we had moved our official vendor communication to Eventeny, and that all future updates, instructions, and event information would be sent there. This individual did not follow those instructions and did not complete the required steps to join Eventeny.
Because they were not on Eventeny, they did not receive the weather and safety update that was sent to all vendors through our official communication channel. All other vendors who followed the instructions and were on Eventeny received that information in real time.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for missed updates when a vendor does not follow the required communication process that was clearly outlined in advance.
