Load in: please quickly unload and get your vehicle to one of the side streets. Please make sure to not block or impede any surrounding neighbors driveways.
Workshop Host Application
Do you have a skill, craft, hobby, trade, passion, or bit of knowledge you'd love to share with the community?
We're always looking for workshop hosts who can help create fun, engaging, hands-on experiences at our events. Whether you're teaching a craft, leading a discussion, demonstrating a skill, offering a make-and-take project, or sharing something you're passionate about, we'd love to hear your ideas.

What We Provide
Workshop hosts receive their space at no cost and may choose one of the following:
β’ 6' x 5' Table Space
OR
β’ 10' x 10' Workshop Space
Workshop Expectations
Workshop spaces are provided in exchange for offering enough workshop content, activities, demonstrations, classes, or sessions to keep your space active throughout the event day (typically Noonβ6 PM).
Workshops may be:
β’ Free
β’ Donation-Based
β’ Fee-Based
While we encourage free and accessible workshops whenever possible, hosts are absolutely welcome to charge a reasonable fee for participation.
Selling Is Welcome
Workshop hosts are also welcome to sell products, supplies, artwork, kits, merchandise, handmade goods, or other items related to their workshop. Your space may function as both a workshop area and a vendor booth.

We're always looking for performers who help bring energy, connection, and memorable experiences to our events. Whether you're a musician, singer-songwriter, band, DJ, dancer, flow artist, spoken word performer, comedian, or offer another unique performance, we'd love to learn more about what you do.

Performance Information
Performance opportunities vary by event, venue, and schedule. Some performers may be scheduled for a dedicated stage set, while others may perform in more intimate or community-focused settings throughout the event.
Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee placement, but we review every application and do our best to create a diverse and engaging lineup.
