We are excited to welcome you to our Sunday Fun-Day Market at Trailside Tennis Club on December 13th! Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable shopping experience while supporting local small businesses and bringing our community together.By attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Free Admission and ParkingAdmission to the event is free, and parking is free. However, parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow all posted parking signs and instructions from event staff. For everyone's safety, do not block driveways, entrances, emergency access areas, or designated parking spaces.2. Children and SupervisionChildren are welcome and must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's safety, behavior, and participation in any activities or photo opportunities.3. Shopping and Vendor PurchasesOur market features independent local businesses, artisans, and other small-business vendors. All purchases are made directly with individual vendors. For the Love of Shopping, LLC is not responsible for vendor products, pricing, payment disputes, warranties, or individual vendor refund and exchange policies. Please direct questions or concerns about purchases to the vendor.4. Respect for Vendors and Other AttendeesWe ask all attendees to treat vendors, event staff, venue employees, and fellow guests with kindness and respect. Harassment, threatening behavior, disruptive conduct, or damage to vendor merchandise or venue property will not be tolerated.5. Photography and MediaBy attending, you acknowledge that event photography and video recording may take place for promotional and marketing purposes by For the Love of Shopping, LLC, the venue, or authorized event representatives. Images may be used on social media, websites, and other promotional materials. Please notify event staff if you have concerns about being photographed.6. Pets and Service AnimalsPlease follow the venue's current animal policy. Service animals are welcome as required by applicable law. Any other animals must comply with venue rules and applicable requirements.7. Safety and Personal BelongingsAttendees are responsible for their personal belongings and for maintaining awareness of their surroundings. For the Love of Shopping, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.8. Weather and Event ChangesEvent activities, vendor participation, and operating conditions may change due to weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond the organizer's control. For the safety of attendees, vendors, and staff, the organizer reserves the right to modify, delay, suspend, or end event activities when necessary.9. Venue RulesAll attendees must follow Trailside Tennis Club's rules, posted signage, and instructions from authorized venue personnel and event staff. Please respect the property and leave all areas clean.10.
