The City of Morrow is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, staff, and vendors. Please review and follow the guidelines below to help maintain a healthy and secure environment throughout the event. 1. General Safety Follow all posted signage, staff directions, and emergency procedures at all times. Keep aisles, exits, and emergency pathways clear. Report any unsafe conditions, spills, or hazards immediately to event staff or security. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 2. Health Precautions Stay home if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or show symptoms of illness. Wash or sanitize your hands frequently. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue. Masks are optional unless otherwise required by local health authorities. Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow. 3. Food Vendor Safety Cooking inside the venue is not permitted. Approved food vendors may use chafing dishes or electric warming trays that comply with fire and safety regulations. All food must be prepared in advance at an approved facility and transported safely to the venue. Vendors must have valid health permits and maintain proper food handling, temperature control, and sanitation practices. Food service areas must be kept clean and free of debris throughout the event. 4. Fire Safety Open flames, hot plates, propane, or other heat-producing equipment are not allowed inside the venue, except for approved chafing fuel used by authorized vendors. Chafing dishes must be placed on stable, non-flammable surfaces and never left unattended. Fire extinguishers will be available onsite; vendors must know their location and how to use them. Electrical cords must be in good condition and may not block walkways or exits. 5. Emergency Procedures In case of an emergency, follow staff or security directions promptly. Emergency exits are clearly marked — please familiarize yourself with their locations upon arrival. Do not re-enter the building until cleared by event staff or emergency personnel. 6. Personal Safety Keep personal belongings secure. The City of Morrow is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Report any suspicious behavior or unattended items to event staff or security immediately. Be mindful of crowd flow and avoid blocking entrances or performance areas. 7. Compliance Failure to comply with these guidelines or City event policies may result in removal from the venue or denial of participation in future events.
