Indoor Event Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms By attending or participating in this event , attendees agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable City or venue policies. 2. Entry and Admission Admission may be subject to registration or ticketing requirements. The City reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these Terms, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts the Event. All bags and personal items may be subject to security checks upon entry. 3. Code of Conduct Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, performers, vendors, and other guests. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund. 4. Safety and Liability Attendees participate at their own risk. The City and venue are not responsible for any personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred during the Event. Attendees must follow all posted safety signs, staff instructions, and emergency procedures. Cooking or the use of open flames, hot plates, or other heating equipment is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Approved food vendors may use chafing dishes or warming trays as long as they comply with venue safety guidelines and fire regulations. 5. Photography and Media Release The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By entering, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice by the City for promotional, archival, or marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before the Event. 6. Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their personal items. Lost-and-found services may be available, but the City is not liable for any lost or stolen property. 7. Prohibited Items and Activities For the safety of all guests, the following are not permitted: Weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, or hazardous materials Outside food or beverages (unless approved in advance) Cooking or heating food inside the venue, except for approved chafing dishes used by authorized vendors Smoking or vaping inside the venue Unauthorized commercial activity or distribution of materials 8. Event Modifications and Cancellations The City reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances, or venue requirements. Any changes will be communicated through official City channels. 9. Accessibility The City strives to make events inclusive and accessible.
