Up to 10 participants per session will get to create a unique dragonfly art piece with local artist, Laura Sexton at our Storywalk Event. 2 time slots are available: 10 and 12 (noon) This is part of a Storywalk Celebration event sponsored by Keep Gastonia Beautiful. What is a Storywalk®? A StoryWalk® is a fun activity that engages families in reading and getting active. Pages from a children's book are printed and placed in displays along the path at Rankin Lake. We welcome children of all ages, the chance to get out and read while they are at Rankin Lake! Start your journey by the boathouse and end by the pavilions. This is an all paved path along the waterfront with 13 pages for your family to enjoy! We hope you can join us for a day at the LAKE.
