Parking instructions
For General Parking, follow signs on Langston Chapel Rd.
For ADA/Handicap Parking, follow instructions along Arena Blvd.
For Participants, follow Arena Blvd towards the back side of the Agriculture Facility.
Health & safety
Costuming and Costume Weaponry
Costume Projectile weapons of any kind are prohibited (including water pistols, silly-string guns, and ping-pong pistols). Costume swords/daggers must remain properly sheathed and peace-tied and must be presented to Security at the Front Gate. Drawing any costume weapon at any time is not allowed. Steel Broadaxes, claymores, maces, halberds, tipped arrows, and pole weapons are not allowed unless well sheathed. Foam weapons will be accepted on a case by case basis.

A full contact Jousting team, lead by the legendary Shane Adams. They go from coast to coast displaying the jousting prowess.
Architect of Arrows
We are a horseback archery show, where we ride our mighty steeds at up to 20mph and shoot several targets at a time. It is full of daring feats!!
Double Barrel Classic II
Athens School of Arms will be returning with an exciting Sword Fighting Championship Event.

-The Festival may intervene when conduct materially interferes with another person’s ability to safely enjoy, work at, or participate in the event.
Costumes
-All costumes worn must be family-friendly and suitable for the general public’s viewing.
Weather Policy
-The event takes place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.
Right of Refusal
-Festival management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of festival rules.
Photography & Media
-By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
Assumption of Risk
-Attendance is at your own risk. The festival and its affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
No Pets Permitted
-No Pets are permitted in the Festival and pets may not be brought onto Festival Grounds. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
-Only Service Animals are welcome.
Foods or Beverages
-No outside food or beverages are permitted into the Festival. Coolers are not permitted. Guests with medical dietary needs, infants and babies are exempt from this policy.
