Food Vendor Application Form
- The Vendor booth fee of $300 (which includes a $100 refundable cleaning deposit) and completed application must be submitted along with a completed Application for Temporary Food Establishment Permit, DCCA Certificate of Good Standing and Health Dept Vehicle Certification (Food Trucks only).
- Full payment is due by Friday, March 21, 2025, or at the time of approval.
- All booth fees become non-refundable on or after March 21, 2025.
