Volunteer Release, Indemnity & Hold Harmless AgreementI fully understand that my participation in the 2026 City of Bastrop Big BANG Celebration presents exposure to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and agree to assume all risks. I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to sue the City of Bastrop, its officials, officers, agents, employees, representatives, or volunteers for any injury, death, or loss of property arising out of or connected with participation in the Festival, including negligence. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising out of my participation, including injuries or damages caused in whole or in part by the intentional acts, negligence, or recklessness of the Released Parties. I understand participants may be photographed or recorded at the event and grant full permission for such media to be used by the City of Bastrop for promotional purposes. I certify that I have read the 2026 Bastrop Big BANG Celebration Vendor Guidelines, understand all expectations, and agree to comply with all festival rules, instructions, and requirements. I certify all information submitted in this application is true and correct.
