Town of Harrisburg Sponsorships

TEAM JERSEYS $260 per season, per team • Organization name on top back of one set of team jerseys for youth sports • Available for spring and fall softball, baseball or soccer and fall flag football

FIELD SIGN $350 annual payment* • Sign to be provided by the sponsor and to meet specifications given by Harrisburg Parks and Recreation • Organization name and logo on one 4’x8’ sheet metal sign to be displayed on one outfield fence at Stallings Park, Harrisburg Elementary baseball softball fields, Harrisburg Park fields or Holcomb Woods Athletic Complex fields for one year.* *The life of the metal field signs are approximately 5 years (give or take). If the sign becomes faded or worn and needs to be replaced, it will be done so at the expense of the sponsor. • Sponsorship renewal is available on a yearly basis. Signs will be returned to sponsor if they choose not to renew. *Cost does not include cost of sign production. Approximate cost of sign: $430 plus tax

Organization must also pay actual costs incurred to fabricate sponsorship panel. Existing sponsors have first right of refusal for renewal at the end of each term. Applications for available scoreboard locations will be considered on a first-come-first serve basis. • Large Panel - $1,000 a year – 5 year commitment required • 3’x4.5’ Panel - $500 per year • Sign to be provided by the sponsor and to meet specifications given by Harrisburg Parks and Recreation • Organization name and logo on one 3’x4.5’ sheet metal sign to be displayed on the field #4 football scoreboard for one year *Cost does not include cost of sign production. Approximate cost of sign: $150 plus tax and install

Harrisburg Park is home to a 9-hole disc golf course! The course begins and ends around the wooded trails adjacent to the parking lot above field #1 located in the South East section of the park. The course also utilizes a portion of Harris Depot Park. Each Disc Golf Hole is $100 to sponsor and will have a 9”x12” sized sign. The sponsor will need to provide a logo and other verbiage they would like displayed on the sign. If approved, your sign will be printed and attached to the appropriate tee box.
