This Food Truck Application applies to vendors who are preparing or cooking food and beverages on-site for immediate consumption. Cottage Food Vendors should use the Market Vendor Application.

This Market Vendor Application applies to vendors who sell handmade, homemade, or homegrown products, craftsman, creator, art, clothing, jewelry, cottage vendors and bakeries (non-temperature controlled), toys, non-profits, etc.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own individually wrapped candy or pre-approved treats. No candy will be provided. No Surprises Events & Design will provide a designated trick-or-treating sign for participating vendor booths. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own candy bowl or container.

This Downtown Business Application is for businesses in Downtown Abilene that would like to participate by becoming an official Trick-or-Treat Stop. Participating businesses will be featured on the official Trick-or-Treat map and welcome families to their business to collect candy or other pre-approved treats during the event.

Downtown businesses participating as Trick-or-Treat Stops are responsible for providing their own individually wrapped candy or pre-approved treats and/or toys. No candy will be provided by No Surprises Events & Design.
