This is the Spooktacular vendor Application. Applying does not guarantee space. All applications will be reviewed. You will be notified of your application status and approved vendors will be invited to purchase their booth locations.*Please note all accepted vendors must bring at minimum 1,000 pieces of candy to this event.
 
Event will be held outside in Downtown Avalon Park Orlando and is rain or shine. 
 
UPDATE: Vendor fees are now associated with the booth location you choose after approval of your application. 
 
Vendor booths are 10x10 and is the location only, you will need to bring your own tables, tent, and chairs. Double booth size is 10x20.
 
Once your vendor application is approved you will be invited to select your vendor booth from the following booth selections: 
Green - Premium Booth w/ Electric ($125)
Yellow - Standard Booth w/ Electric ($105)
Red - Premium Booth ($75) – No Power
Purple – Standard Booth ($55) – No Power
 
 
Power is only available in select areas of the event and must be selected along with your booth location after approval.

Food Vendor - Vendor Application

This is the Spooktacular Food Vendor application. Applying does not guarantee space. Your application will be reviewed and a select group of trucks will be approved. We do our best to rotate the trucks that are accepted to give new trucks an opportunity and to keep a good mix of food choices at each festival.  *Please note all accepted vendors must bring at minimum 1,000 pieces of candy to this event.
 
The standard Food Truck vendor fee is $100 ($106.60 after processing fees)
 
Your card on file will only be charged if you are approved to attend the event. 
 
Food Tents will be considered for this event.
