Reservation Process
To reserve your booth, complete the vendor application and provide all required details. Be sure to choose the booth fee that corresponds with your desired booth size. You may request a specific booth that is available, however, it is not guaranteed. To see full booth details, click on "See full Map" button on floor plan below.
Please note, a valid credit card must be added during the application process. If approved, you will be sent approval notification via email and payment will be charged to your card on file.
Booths are first come first serve only and will not be held without payment.
Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your request:
- Indoor/Outdoor Event: This event has limited indoor space and will be mostly outdoors on flat concrete.
- Shade & Shelter: No shade is guaranteed. Canopies are strongly encouraged if you need sun protection. Be prepared for both sun and light rain—this is a rain-or-shine event.
- Weather & Wind: Mare Island can be breezy or windy, especially in the afternoon. We highly recommend weighted canopies, secure displays, and extra clamps or ties.
- Open Space Setup: Booth spaces do not include pipe, drape, or any type of space divider. Vendors are responsible for bringing any setup materials they may need.
- Reader Approval Process: To ensure quality and integrity, all new readers are required to complete a 10-15 minute sample reading as part of the approval process.
- Payment Terms: Once your booth is approved, your card on file will automatically be charged.
Note: Your final booth cost is made up of two fees that together equal your total reservation fee:
A non-refundable $35 booking deposit
A booth fee, based on the size and location you choose.
- Electricity is limited or may not be available. See floor plan for details.
- Smaller 5'x6' booth cannot accommodate Reiki or massage tables.
- Vendors will be notified via email of the approval decision.
Please note: This is an electronic agreement and submitting your application you are validating and approving to this agreement, your booth/application fees & any additional fees that occurred.

Once approved, an agreement will be sent for signature.
- All Presentations are 20 - 25 minutes.
- Time and location will are based on availability.
- Please note there is a $30 fee to help cover costs of marketing and promotion. This fee will be charged upon approval.
Please note, Talks may be outdoors. If so, a canopy will be provided for shade.
