FREE Fitology fitness classes are from 10am-2pm. Enjoy family fun activities including the new playground from 3pm-8pm. SPIRIT EATS LUNCH HOURS Monday-Friday 12pm-3pm Choose lunch from our rotating network of food trucks and enjoy live entertainment, open air markets, and more! YIN NIGHTS Every Wednesday evening 8:15pm-9:15pm Yin Nights RETURNS to the plaza beginning on June 10th. Bring your yoga mat and hydration for yin yoga with Jamel with Trap Studios. DANCING IN THE D Every Friday evening 5pm-10pm Learn to hustle and ballroom dance with a revolving network of instructors in the heart of the city with RocWitMoe.
