Spring Onto Trade

Location: Trade Street Hope Mills, NC  

This location is paved. Weights are REQUIRED for any tents and stakes are prohibited. 

Artist Village is excited to partner with Fulfillity Books and More to host Second Saturdays on Trade Street! 
ACCEPTABLE ENTRIES:

• Select Arts and Crafts, Preserves, Dips, other handmade goods. Direct sales/commercial vendors will not be accepted for this event (scentsy, pampered chef,etc). Booths may be limited to avoid repetition. The host has the right to refuse entries. This is a juried event.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:  No pets. SERVICE ANIMALS WITH DOCUMENTATION  ARE ALLOWED. No multiple businesses in one booth space. Gas generators are prohibited. Battery pack generators are allowed. Vehicles shall not be allowed in the booth rental area. Vendor parking is within walking distance. No controlled substances, illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, pornography, alcohol. No weapons of any type.  

BOOTH/SHOW LAYOUT: Spaces will be 10'x10' or 10'x20'. If requesting a 10'x20' space, any tents must be 10'x10' or smaller due to fire code. Booth spaces will be assigned and marked. Vendors must provide all displays, pup tents, tables chairs, sandbags, etc. that will be needed for the sale. Due to potential weather exposure risk, including sun and rain, tents are required for all vendors. ALL TENTS MUST BE WEIGHTED DOWN WITH THE APPROPRIATE WEIGHT. This location is paved, weights are required, stakes are prohibited. Vendors are responsible for any loss or damages incurred by an improperly secured tent and/or setup. Should the hosts or a members of their staff deem any part of your booth or display unsafe you may be asked to remove it. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES. 

Show Set-Up: Exhibits must be set up by 15 minutes prior to the start of the event time.

All vendors will receive vending information (for unloading/loading/parking), parking information, and show set up information no later than the Wednesday prior to the event. Vendors may setup beginning two hours prior to the event time. For the safety of everyone, no vehicles are allowed in the vendor areas. Vehicles will be allowed adjacent to the area for loading/unloading only. Space is limited so please be considerate of time in these spaces. A limited number of volunteers will be available for any assistance on finding your booth space, booth info and to help answer any questions. 

ALL VENDORS must exhibit for the complete event time on the event day. You may not break down during show hours to leave early. Booth tear down and clean up is the two hours following the event. All Vendors will be responsible for cleaning up and removal of their own trash, booth, tables, chairs, tent, etc.
