Southern Roots Festival is currently accepting applications for food vendors to participate in our 2026 event at North Wilkesboro Speedway. This 1.5-day, community-focused festival brings together a strong mix of vendors, live music, and attendees from across the region, offering excellent exposure and sales opportunities.
We are seeking a variety of food vendors offering quality, well-prepared menu items that align with the overall experience of the festival.
All food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations. The Wilkes County Health Department will be on-site prior to the event to conduct required inspections. Vendors are responsible for ensuring all permits, equipment, and operational standards are met.

- Food Trucks must fit within the assigned footprint
- Vendors must provide their own tent, setup, and necessary equipment
- Generators are permitted (must be properly maintained and safely operated)
- Vendors must be fully set up prior to opening and remain open during all festival hours
- Due to space limitations, not all applicants will be accepted
*Quiet generators are strongly encouraged to maintain a comfortable environment for guests and neighboring vendors.
