Terms & Conditions – The Raven HarvestBy submitting an application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all event policies and requirements outlined below.Application & AcceptanceSubmission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.Vendor selection is based on event needs, product mix, category availability, and overall event balance.NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals, LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.Approved vendors will receive an acceptance notification and invoice through Eventeny.PaymentPayment is due within 24 hours of acceptance unless otherwise specified.Failure to submit payment within the allotted timeframe may result in forfeiture of the vendor space.Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.Refund PolicyAll vendor fees are non-refundable.The Raven Harvest is a rain-or-shine event.No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued due to weather, vendor cancellation, travel issues, equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond event management's control.Event management reserves the right to adjust schedules, layouts, operating hours, or event logistics as necessary.Vendor SpacesVendors must remain within the boundaries of their assigned space.Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment necessary for operation, including tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting, and display materials.All tents must be properly weighted. Tent weights are required on all corners.Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event.Setup & BreakdownVendors must complete setup prior to the event opening to the public.No vehicle movement will be permitted within the event footprint during public operating hours.Early breakdown or departure is prohibited without prior approval from event management.Vendors who break down early may be denied participation in future NVRMORE events.Food VendorsFood vendors must possess all required permits, licenses, and certifications required by local and state authorities.Food vendors must provide a copy of their most recent health inspection upon request.Vendors are responsible for complying with all health, fire, and safety regulations.Food vendors must pass all required inspections before serving the public.InsuranceVendors may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.Food vendors and vendors utilizing cooking equipment may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals, LLC and the venue as additional insured parties.Generator PolicyGenerators must be inverter-style or operate at 70 decibels or less.Event management reserves the right to require any excessively loud generator to be shut down or removed from the event.Vendors requiring power are responsible for providing their own approved generator unless electrical service has been specifically arranged.Product ExclusivityVendor acceptance does not guarantee product exclusivity.NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals works to maintain a balanced vendor mix and limits direct duplication when possible; however, exclusivity agreements are not provided unless specifically stated in writing.Booth Sharing & SublettingVendors may not share, assign, transfer, or sublease booth space without prior written approval from event management.Unauthorized booth sharing may result in removal from the event without refund.Utilities & PowerLimited utilities may be available depending on venue capabilities.Vendors requiring electricity must indicate their needs during the application process.Approval of an application does not guarantee access to power unless specifically confirmed by event management.Waste & CleanupVendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth space throughout the event.All trash, boxes, merchandise packaging, grease containers, and debris must be removed from the vendor space at the conclusion of the event.Food vendors are responsible for proper disposal of grease, gray water, and cooking byproducts in accordance with local regulations.Dumping grease, gray water, or waste on festival grounds is strictly prohibited.Event ThemeVendors are encouraged, but not required, to incorporate Victorian, Steampunk, Pirate, Harvest, Autumn, Gothic, or fantasy-inspired elements into their booth presentation.Event management reserves the right to deny displays, products, signage, or décor deemed inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the nductVendors, employees, and representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.Harassment, threatening behavior, excessive intoxication, illegal activity, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals reserves the right to remove any vendor whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the event, attendees, other vendors, or the venue.Product RestrictionsVendors may only sell products approved during the application process.Unauthorized products or services may be removed from sale at the discretion of event unterfeit, illegal, offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate products are strictly prohibited.Photography & MarketingBy participating in The Raven Harvest, vendors grant NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals permission to use photographs and video containing their booth, products, staff, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.Weather PolicyThe Raven Harvest is a rain-or-shine event.Vendors are responsible for ensuring their booths, tents, merchandise, and equipment are adequately secured against weather conditions.Event management reserves the right to delay, suspend, modify, or cancel event operations when necessary for public safety.Vendor ResponsibilityVendors are solely responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes.Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, inspections, or certifications required by local, state, or federal authorities.LiabilityVendors participate at their own risk.NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals, LLC, venue partners, sponsors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, accidents, weather-related incidents, or claims arising from participation in the event.Final AuthorityAll decisions made by NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals, LLC and event management are final.Event management reserves the right to modify policies as necessary to ensure the safety, success, and integrity of the event.Acceptance of TermsSubmission of an application constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all event rules, policies, and requirements.Failure to comply with event policies may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals e for the food.
