Southern Bites & Nights at the Anderson Civic Center (May 29–31) is a curated, family-friendly festival featuring food vendors, artisans, and live entertainment. This application is for vendors seeking participation in a well-organized, high-quality event focused on community connection and a balanced vendor mix.
We are currently accepting applications for the following categories:
Food Trucks, Trailers, and Food Tents
Dessert Vendors
Beverage Vendors
Arts, Crafts, and Retail Vendors
Business/Service Vendors
Please note:
All vendors are subject to approval. We intentionally limit category duplication to avoid oversaturation and support vendor success.
Food vendors must be fully permitted and compliant with all local health regulations. Additional documentation may be required upon approval.
Vendors must be self-sufficient, including power. Quiet generators (≤70 dB) are required and will be checked upon arrival.
Booth sizes must match your application selection. Food vendors may not operate in 10x10 spaces.
Setup & Breakdown:
Load-in schedules and staging instructions will be provided upon acceptance.
Vendors must adhere to assigned setup windows to ensure smooth event operations.
Early breakdown is not permitted.
Parking & Logistics:
Vendor parking and unloading procedures will be coordinated in advance.
Space for stock trailers may be limited and subject to additional fees.
Event Policies:
This is a rain-or-shine event.
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space, including proper waste and grease disposal.
