Eden Youth and West Coast Makers are looking to provide festival participants with a wealth of information about local agencies, volunteering, health/fitness, academic enrichment, faith-based groups, the arts, and much more. We strongly encourages you to apply as a community resource for our Juneteenth Festival and share information about your agency with thousands of community members. 

Community Resource is an agency that provides important information pertaining to children, families, seniors, or other valuable social services in the Hayward community. A community resource must be a certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization registered as a charity with the California Attorney General, 501(c)4 membership organization, or a governmental agency. 

As political or religious activity does not meet the intent of this event and could give the appearance of religious preference, campaigning, or advocacy on the part of the City, it is not permitted.
