Sonora Christmas Artisan Fair – 2026 Artist Vendor Application Description
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Sonora Christmas Artisan Fair, held Thanksgiving Weekend at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds in Sonora, California!
The fair will take place Friday, November 27 and Saturday, November 28, 2026, bringing together holiday shoppers, local artisans, and a festive community atmosphere full of Christmas cheer.
Set up is Wednesday, November 25.
Outdoor vendors will set-up on Friday 7:00-9:30 am Trailers only, Wednesday or Thursday setup with prior approval from Management.
Vendors should be set up and ready to go by 9:30 am each day.
Vendors are chosen by Jury. *Vendor type will be limited.
Your fees will not be collected until you have been approved.
All Vendor Booths are required to be decorated for Christmas. Additional booth lighting is recommended. Please dress warmly in a festive holiday manner. * the old buildings are quite chilly.

- Any inventory not declared on this application may be denied upon arrival at the event.
- All sellers must provide a Certificate of Liability with Collier's Events listed as additionally insured.

Mother Lode RV Park has a limited number of RV spaces available for vendors participating in the Sonora Christmas Artisan Fair.
You may reserve up to 2 site.

The cost is $40 per night per site. You may either prepay through Eventeny or pay when you check in with our camp host, Rick. Use code MLFRV26 to pay MLF directly.
Preregistration is required. Because space is limited, we cannot accommodate RVs that have not registered in advance.
Submitting your application will reserve your RV space for the event.

We welcome volunteers to assist in the production of this fun and festive holiday event! With so much going on, there’s a task for everyone — from creating beautiful decorations and decking the halls, to outdoor tent setup before the event, parking control during the fair, and helping with breakdown afterward. The whole family can take part in this beloved community tradition.
Are you part of a school, community service group, or club? We’d love to have your group, troupe, or organization join in the festivities!
The 4rd annual Sonora Christmas Artisan Fair will be November 27 & 28, 2026 in Sonora Ca. at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds. We will create a Winter Wonderland and welcome festive Performers of all types.
