Your health and safety are our top priorities! Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
General Safety:
✅ Stay Hydrated – Bring a reusable water bottle; hydration stations will be available.
✅ Dress for the Weather – Wear comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.
✅ First Aid – A designated First Aid station will be available for any medical needs.
Emergency Preparedness:
In Case of Emergency – Locate event staff or security personnel immediately.
Lost & Found – Visit the information booth for lost items or lost persons.
Health Precautions:
Stay Home if Sick – If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please stay home to protect others.
Sanitation Stations – Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the event.
Restrooms – Public restrooms with handwashing facilities will be available.
Children & Family Safety:
Supervise Children – Keep an eye on young attendees at all times.
Meeting Point – Establish a designated meeting spot in case anyone gets separated.
Prohibited Items & Conduct:
No outside alcohol or illegal substances.
No weapons of any kind.
No disruptive or unsafe behavior.
