The safety of our attendees, vendors, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff is our highest priority. All participants must comply with the following Health & Safety Guidelines.General SafetyFollow all instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, and emergency responders.Maintain clear access to all walkways, emergency exits, fire lanes, and designated emergency access routes.Report any unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, suspicious activity, or emergencies immediately to event staff.Running, reckless behavior, fighting, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.Heat & HydrationAs this is an outdoor event in South Florida, participants should take precautions against heat-related illnesses.Stay hydrated throughout the event.Wear sunscreen, hats, and appropriate clothing.Seek shade when needed.Anyone experiencing dizziness, nausea, excessive sweating, or signs of heat exhaustion should seek assistance immediately.Vendor Safety RequirementsTent SafetyAll tents must be secured with adequate weights.Recommended minimum weight: 40 lbs per tent leg.Vendors are responsible for ensuring their tents can safely withstand wind conditions.Unsecured tents may be removed from the event.Electrical SafetyAll extension cords must be in good condition and rated for outdoor use.Electrical cords crossing walkways must be properly covered or secured.No exposed wiring or unsafe electrical connections are oking & Food PreparationFood vendors must maintain safe food handling practices at all times.Handwashing stations must be available when required.Food must be stored at proper temperatures in accordance with health oking equipment must be monitored at all times.Fire SafetyVendors using cooking equipment must have an accessible and properly charged fire extinguisher.Open flames must be approved by event management.Propane tanks must be properly secured and maintained in accordance with applicable safety regulations.Vehicle SafetyShow CarsVehicles must remain parked in assigned spaces during show hours unless directed by event staff.Burnouts, drifting, racing, excessive revving, and reckless driving are strictly prohibited.Vehicles displaying fluid leaks may be removed from the event.Load-In & Load-OutFollow all traffic control instructions.Drive slowly and exercise caution around pedestrians.Vehicles entering or exiting the event area must yield to pedestrians at all times.Water Park & Pool AreaChildren must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.Participants must follow all posted pool and water park rules.Lifeguard instructions must be followed immediately.Running, horseplay, or unsafe behavior in pool areas is prohibited.Children & Family SafetyParents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.Children should never be left unattended.Lost children should be reported immediately to event staff.Emergency ProceduresIn the event of severe weather, medical emergencies, fire, security incidents, or other emergencies:Remain calm.Follow instructions from event staff and emergency personnel.Evacuate designated areas when directed.Do not re-enter restricted areas until authorized.Health & WellnessParticipants should not attend if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness that may place others at risk.Assumption of RiskBy attending or participating in the event, all attendees, vendors, exhibitors, volunteers, and participants acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with attendance and agree to comply with all health and safety requirements established by event management.

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Terms & Conditions SNL Market – Saturday Night Live Market The Underline | Brickell, Miami Saturdays | 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM By submitting an application and participating in SNL Market, all vendors agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Application & Acceptance Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Event organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application at their sole discretion. Vendor categories may be limited to ensure a diverse marketplace experience. 2. Payment Policy Vendor spaces are reserved only after payment has been received. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, or early departures. 3. Event Hours Market Hours: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Vendors must remain open and fully operational during all market hours. Early departure or early breakdown is strictly prohibited without approval from management. 4. Setup & Breakdown Vendors must arrive during the designated load-in period. All booths must be completely set up before the market opens. Breakdown may begin only after the market officially closes. Vendors are responsible for removing all equipment, merchandise, and trash from their assigned space. 5. Vendor Space Requirements Vendors must remain within their assigned booth footprint. Booth sharing, transferring, or subleasing spaces is prohibited. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, lighting, extension cords, and equipment unless otherwise specified. 6. Tent & Equipment Safety All tents must be secured with appropriate weights. A minimum of 40 lbs per tent leg is recommended. Vendors are responsible for any damage or injury caused by unsecured equipment. Event management reserves the right to require additional safety measures if necessary. 7. Product Restrictions The following items may not be sold without prior written approval: Counterfeit or unauthorized trademarked products Weapons of any kind Illegal substances Pornographic or offensive materials Products deemed unsafe by event management 8. Food Vendor Requirements Food vendors must maintain all required licenses and permits. Vendors must comply with all Florida Department of Health and applicable regulatory requirements. Proper food handling and sanitation practices must be maintained at all times. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any temporary permits required by local authorities. 9. Insurance & Liability Vendors are solely responsible for their products, employees, equipment, and customers. Vendors assume all risks associated with participation. Event organizers, venue management, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the market. 10. Weather Policy SNL Market operates rain or shine unless otherwise determined by event management. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related attendance fluctuations. Vendors are responsible for preparing for changing weather conditions. 11. Conduct & Professionalism Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive sales tactics, disruptive behavior, or abusive language will not be tolerated. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the market without refund. 12. Music & Amplified Sound Personal speakers, microphones, or amplified sound systems are not permitted without prior approval. Event management reserves the right to control all entertainment and sound levels throughout the venue. 13. Cleanliness Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth space. All trash, boxes, packaging materials, and waste must be removed at the end of the event. Failure to leave the area clean may affect future participation. 14. Photography & Media Release Vendors grant permission for photographs and videos of their booth, products, employees, and displays to be used by East Coast Marketplace and SNL Market for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation. 15. Event Management Rights Event organizers reserve the right to modify booth assignments, event layout, operating procedures, schedules, and event policies as needed. Failure to follow market rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from future events. 16. Acceptance of Terms By submitting an application and participating in SNL Market, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
