Calling All Frozen Treat Vendors!
The Family Gwinnett is looking for frozen treat trucks and dessert vendors for our Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at South Gwinnett High School!
Vendor booths are designed to provide businesses, organizations, artisans, food vendors, and community partners with an opportunity to showcase products, services, resources, and information during The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration.
Each booth space is intended to create a welcoming and engaging experience for attendees while supporting community networking, cultural celebration, entrepreneurship, and local business exposure.
Vendor booth spaces may include:
Retail product sales
Community resources
Business promotions
Handmade crafts and merchandise
Health and wellness information
Educational materials
Family-friendly activities
Nonprofit outreach
Food and beverage services
Booths are expected to maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing setup throughout the event.
Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths, engage with attendees, distribute promotional materials, and create an interactive experience that reflects the spirit of community, culture, unity, and celebration.

Political candidates and campaign representatives are welcome to participate through approved booth spaces during The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration.
To ensure a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment for all attendees, candidates, campaign staff, and volunteers must adhere to the following guidelines:
Campaigning, distributing materials, soliciting votes, giving speeches, or engaging in political activities must remain within the assigned booth space only.
Candidates, representatives, volunteers, and supporters may not campaign, canvass, distribute flyers, or approach attendees outside of their designated booth area.
No roaming campaigning, aggressive solicitation, or disruption of event activities will be permitted.
Candidates must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, vendors, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and fellow participants.
Amplified sound, microphones, or disruptive campaign activities are prohibited unless approved by event organizers.
All campaign materials and signage must remain family-friendly and appropriate for a community event environment.
The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to remove any candidate, representative, or campaign activity that violates event rules or disrupts the event environment.
Participation in the event does not imply endorsement by The Family Gwinnett, South Gwinnett High School, or event partners.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
Businesses, organizations, sponsors, vendors, and community partners are invited to place up to three (3) promotional items, giveaways, coupons, brochures, samples, or branded materials inside our official event takeaway bags distributed during The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration.

The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to refuse any items deemed inappropriate, oversized, unsafe, or inconsistent with the event's mission and standards.
