This free community event brings together families from across Gwinnett County for a day focused on culture, unity, education, and celebration. The event will feature food trucks, vendors, a children’s play zone, bounce houses, entertainment, community recognition, hourly door prizes, and a special Father Recognition initiative that includes providing 100 swag bags for fathers in attendance.

Calling All Frozen Treat Vendors! 

The Family Gwinnett is looking for frozen treat trucks and dessert vendors for our Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at South Gwinnett High School!

Vendor booths are designed to provide businesses, organizations, artisans, food vendors, and community partners with an opportunity to showcase products, services, resources, and information during The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration.

Each booth space is intended to create a welcoming and engaging experience for attendees while supporting community networking, cultural celebration, entrepreneurship, and local business exposure.

Vendor booth spaces may include:

Retail product sales
Community resources
Business promotions
Handmade crafts and merchandise
Health and wellness information
Educational materials
Family-friendly activities
Nonprofit outreach
Food and beverage services
Booths are expected to maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing setup throughout the event.

 

Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths, engage with attendees, distribute promotional materials, and create an interactive experience that reflects the spirit of community, culture, unity, and celebration.

Vendor participation helps support a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere while providing valuable exposure to thousands of attendees from across Gwinnett County and surrounding communities.

Political candidates and campaign representatives are welcome to participate through approved booth spaces during The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration.

To ensure a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment for all attendees, candidates, campaign staff, and volunteers must adhere to the following guidelines:

Campaigning, distributing materials, soliciting votes, giving speeches, or engaging in political activities must remain within the assigned booth space only.
Candidates, representatives, volunteers, and supporters may not campaign, canvass, distribute flyers, or approach attendees outside of their designated booth area.
No roaming campaigning, aggressive solicitation, or disruption of event activities will be permitted.
Candidates must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, vendors, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and fellow participants.
Amplified sound, microphones, or disruptive campaign activities are prohibited unless approved by event organizers.
All campaign materials and signage must remain family-friendly and appropriate for a community event environment.
The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to remove any candidate, representative, or campaign activity that violates event rules or disrupts the event environment.

Participation in the event does not imply endorsement by The Family Gwinnett, South Gwinnett High School, or event partners.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.

Businesses, organizations, sponsors, vendors, and community partners are invited to place up to three (3) promotional items, giveaways, coupons, brochures, samples, or branded materials inside our official event takeaway bags distributed during The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration.

The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to refuse any items deemed inappropriate, oversized, unsafe, or inconsistent with the event's mission and standards.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment and/or participating in The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration, the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:1. EVENT DETAILSThe Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at South Gwinnett High School, located at 2288 Main St E, Snellville, GA 30078.2. VENDOR FEESVendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Family Gwinnett.Vendor spaces are assigned upon receipt of payment and upon completion of registration.No vendor space is guaranteed without full payment.3. SETUP & BREAKDOWNVendor setup begins at 9:00 AM.All vendors must be fully set up by 10:30 AM.Vendors may not begin breakdown before 4:00 PM unless approved by event management.Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and leaving their area clean.4. VENDOR SPACEEach vendor will be assigned a vendor space.Vendors must provide their own:• Tables• Chairs• Extension cords• Display materials• Power sources (if needed)Space sizes may vary based on vendor type and availability.5. FOOD VENDORSAll food vendors must comply with Gwinnett County and the State of Georgia health and safety requirements.Food vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, and insurance.Food vendors must maintain a clean and sanitary area throughout the event.6. PROHIBITED ITEMSThe following items are prohibited:• Illegal substances• Weapons• Alcohol• Tobacco or vape products• Explicit or offensive materials• Counterfeit merchandiseEvent organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor who violates these guidelines without a refund.7. ELECTRICITY & GENERATORSElectricity is not guaranteed.Quiet generators are permitted only with prior approval.Vendors are responsible for safely securing all cords and equipment.8. WEATHER POLICYThis is a rain-or-shine event.No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is canceled by The Family Gwinnett.9. LIABILITYThe Family Gwinnett, South Gwinnett High School, Gwinnett County Public Schools, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for:• Lost or stolen items• Damaged merchandise• Vendor injuries• Accidents• Weather-related damagesVendors participate at their own risk.10. CONDUCTVendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, volunteers, and other vendors.Any disruptive, aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.11. MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL USEBy participating in the event, vendors grant permission for The Family Gwinnett to use photos/videos of vendor booths, products, staff, and activities for promotional and marketing purposes.12. AGREEMENTBy submitting payment and participating in this event, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
