Smoke & Oak: California's Premier BBQ & Whiskey Experience

Smoke & Oak is a curated culinary and whiskey experience celebrating craftsmanship, hospitality, and premium local businesses. We are intentionally selecting a limited number of retail and artisan vendors whose products enhance the guest experience. We welcome high-quality handmade goods, gourmet products, home décor, apparel, art, specialty gifts, and other unique offerings that align with the event's elevated atmosphere.

Additional Required Fees

Please note that the following fees are not included in the vendor booth fee and may apply depending on your business:

Health Permit – $159

Required for all food and beverage vendors serving or sampling food or drinks.

This fee is paid directly to the City of Long Beach Health Department (or the applicable permitting agency) and is separate from your vendor booth fee.

City of Long Beach Business License – $70.10

Vendors without a current City of Long Beach Business License are required to obtain one prior to participating in the festival.

The current application fee is $70.10 and is paid directly to the City of Long Beach.

Please ensure you meet all applicable local, county, and state licensing and permitting requirements before the event.

We're seeking nonprofit organizations whose missions strengthen our communities through education, health, the arts, environmental stewardship, youth development, social services, and other meaningful causes. Join us at the 2nd Annual Smoke & Oak to engage with hundreds of attendees while showcasing the important work your organization does.
