Smithtown Village Summer Craft Fair at Smithtown historical society grounds 211 East Main St, Smithtown.October 3rd and 4th rain or shine. Spaces are 10'X10' plus vehicles at booths. Arts, crafts, and new merchandise vendors are welcome. Food trucks. Live entertainment throughout the day. Hours are 10-5.

Parking instructions

Vendors park vehicle at booth, large vehicles must take 2 spaces or park elsewhere. Free customer parking onsite in grass lots.

Health & safety

Fair is on park grounds, grass and non paved gravel paths. Bathrooms and portable toilets onsite.

October 3rd and 4th. Hours are 10-5 each day.

Located at the Smithtown Historical Society grounds 211 East Main Street, Smithtown. Plenty of free parking and free entry. Food trucks and live entertainment.

Featuring many crafters and local small business owners.

Spaces will be at 10'X10' plus spacing in between booths on grass or gravel with vendor parking at booth or in adjacent lot.

Since this is a 2 day event there are no rain dates or refunds.

Spaces are assigned as vendors arrive. Leave spacing between tents to allow vehicle to exit on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday morning allow other vendors in front of you to park in the row before pulling in. Vendors pulling in after 9:15 will need to park in adjacent lot.

One day rentals are allowed, lower daily rate for 2 days.

This is a 2 day event rain or shine. No exclusives but categories are limited and to discretion of Island Fairs.No political, drug paraphernalia, weapons, knockoff merchandise, alcohol.
