San Miguel Basin County Fair

By purchasing a ticket or entering the San Miguel Basin Fair grounds in Norwood, Colorado, you agree to abide by all posted rules, staff and volunteer instructions, and applicable Colorado law. Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk, and the San Miguel Basin Fair Board, San Miguel County, and their employees, volunteers, and sponsors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance, including risks inherent to livestock, equine, rodeo, carnival rides, and other fair activities. Under Colorado law, equine professionals and event organizers are not liable for injury or death resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation, and the Fair Board reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior without refund. Attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, and children under a specified age must remain accompanied by an adult at all times. The Fair Board reserves the right to modify schedules, exhibits, or activities as needed due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control.
