Skatercade 3: Glow in The Dark

By purchasing, registering for, or attending Skatercade 3 ("Event"), attendees acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Assumption of Risk Participation in skating, gaming, contests, activities, and other Event experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment malfunction, property damage, personal injury, illness, or other unforeseen incidents. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees release and hold harmless Tigers United Gaming, Dream Con, Texas Southern University, the Texas Southern University Recreation & Wellness Center, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, vendors, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in or attendance at the Event. Personal Property Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. Event organizers and affiliated parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Code of Conduct Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all venue rules and staff instructions. Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund for disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior. Prohibited Items No weapons, illegal substances, smoking, vaping, outside alcohol, or other prohibited items are permitted at the Event. Bags will be subject to inspection upon entry. Photography & Media Release By attending the Event, attendees grant permission for photographs, video recordings, livestream footage, and other media captured during the Event to be used by Tigers United Gaming, Dream Con, Texas Southern University, and affiliated partners for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes without compensation. Refund Policy Tickets can be transferable. Refund requests may be submitted up to 3 days before the Event. No refunds will be issued within 3 days of the Event date unless required by law or if the Event is canceled by organizers. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the Event, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
