Sip the Square: A Whiskey Social

A perfect summer afternoon of sipping whiskey, enjoying live music, and exploring downtown. Sip the Square: A Whiskey Social June 6th, 2026 2-5pm Smithville Main Street District invites you to join us for a laid-back and lively Whiskey Social in the heart of downtown Smithville. This year’s event will feature a curated experience highlighting West Bottoms Whiskey, with tasting stops hosted throughout our local businesses. The event will take place on Saturday, June 6th from 2:00–5:00 PM in the beautiful, historic downtown square. Ticket holders will enjoy 10+ whiskey tasting stops located throughout downtown, each offering a chance to sample and experience selections from West Bottoms Whiskey and others while exploring our unique shops and spaces. In addition to tastings, guests can gather at the main stage to enjoy live music by Curbside Pickup, along with a putt putt course, yard games and activities spread throughout the district—creating a fun, social atmosphere for friends to sip, stroll, and stay awhile. No ticket is required to come downtown and enjoy the live music, activities, and community atmosphere—so bring your friends, family, and neighbors to be part of the fun! This event supports the Smithville Main Street District and its mission to preserve, promote, revitalize, and enrich the historic and economic heart of downtown Smithville.
