Friday, August 23: - 12pm - Gaby Castro opens the Festival . - The Brothers Strong at 5 pm - NorthFork at 6 pm - The Neighborhood Sound at 7 pm - The Sam Chase & The Untraditional at 8pm, Headliner. Saturday, August 24: - Kelly Flynn Trio starts the day 11 am A fabulous afternoon of music * followed by: - Ona Stewart 7 pm - D.E. Cutler 8 pm - Johnny Gunn & The Wanted 9 pm headliner. Sunday, August 25: - Brianna Skye and the Dark Clouds start the day at 12 noon. A great afternoon of music. * Followed by: - Grover Anderson and the Lampoliers 3 pm - Cali Rebelz 4 pm - Mike Hellman & The Banned Books 5 pm - Blü Egyptian Band 6 pm - The Tankerays 7 pm Festival Closers *Compete Lineup in photos below.

Vendor set up is Thursday 22 time tbd and Friday, August 23, 7am-11am.
Vendor agrees to keep their booth open until 8:30pm or later on Friday and Saturday and 6:00pm on Sunday.

Vehicles are NOT allowed at vendor booth, (per venue policy) You must drive in on the dirt, unload and move vehicle to vendor parking lot. NO vehicles on grass.
Fee's are for a 3 day booth space rental.
Attendance in 2023 was 1800.
Booth fees will be collected at the time application is approved. * no spaces will be held without payment.
Cottage Food op's must obtain TFF from Tuolumne Co.
Vendor may not alter or use our logo without Promoters written approval.

This space is a parking lot, not an official campground. There are no facilities.
Space is directly adjacent to the festival venue. (1-2 minute walk)
Dry camping; No water, No bathroom facilities.
Porta potty access at the festival venue.
Camping is restricted to the far side of the lot. You will be shown to your space.
Please Note: the front area of lot will be for high traffic Band Parking during the day.

A Great Day for Everyone!

All Volunteers will be pre-approved. You will be notified.

Volunteer Shifts are 4-6 hours.
Volunteers will receive festival entry, a festival tee shirt, hat and water bottle & unlimited water, a bag lunch and our Appreciation.
1 shift=1day free entry.
Volunteer agrees not to be inebriated before or during shift. (this will void agreement.)

Are YOU a Hula Hooper, Juggler, Dance Group or Theater Troupe, a Fire Dancer, Stilt Walker, Children's Entertainer or some other cool Entertainer?

We are looking for fun Performers of all types!

To entertain our guests for 15-30 minutes each in-between the bands.
To wander through the crowd adding to their experience.
To teach kiddo's & big kiddo's to hula hoop.

Payment scale is sliding and will range from comped festival entry to a small stipend or a trade for a booth space. Other perks may be offered depending on performers offerings.

* Line-up is complete. This application is for support performers.
