We are looking for a person, a couple or a family to be our Campground Hosts.
Festival campground hosts are responsible for ensuring a positive and safe experience for campers, which includes greeting visitors, providing information, enforcing rules, light maintenance, and reporting issues to park staff. Camp host agrees not to be inebriated during shift.
Guest Interaction & Information:
- Greeting and assisting visitors: Providing information about the campground, local area, and park rules and regulations.
- Checking campers in and out: Assisting with registration and campsite assignments.
- Answering questions: Acting as a point of contact for campers' inquiries.
- Distributing information: Providing maps, brochures, and other relevant materials.
- Ensuring proper use of facilities: Monitoring campground activities and addressing minor issues.
Maintenance & Cleanliness:
- Litter pickup: Removing trash and debris from campsites and common areas.
- Light cleaning: Maintaining restrooms, showers, and other facilities.
- Reporting issues: Notifying park staff of any damage, vandalism, or maintenance problems.
- Restock restrooms: Ensuring restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
Safety & Security:
- Enforcing rules: Ensuring campers follow park regulations and guidelines.
- Monitoring for unsafe activities: Reporting any illegal, unsafe, or unusual activities to event staff.
- Contacting emergency services: Notifying appropriate authorities in case of emergencies.
- Assisting with camp checks: Helping event staff with campsite inspections.
- Reporting incidents and emergencies: Notifying event staff of any incidents or emergencies.

- Dry camping; No water
- No camp fires
- No glass bottles
- No Firearms
- No Fireworks
- Quiet time 11pm
- No illegal drugs
- No Pets (service animals MUST submit request to TEDA no less than 30 days in advance, for approval.)
- Food and Ice chests must be secured at all times.
- No outside food or beverage allowed in festival grounds.
- Be kind and courteous.
- Stay with-in mowed camp areas only. (Non compliance will result in ejection from campground and event.)
- 4 adults plus kids under 12 years old per site.
- No Pets. (service animals MUST submit request to TEDA no less than 30 days in advance, for approval.)
- Inappropriate behavior will result in being ejected by the Campground Host. *your fee's will not be returned and you will not be invited or allowed to return to future events.

Maybe you are a Hula Hooper, Juggler, Dance Group or Theater Troupe, a Fire Dancer, Belly Dancer, Stilt Walker, Children's Entertainer or some other cool Entertainer?
We are looking for Performers of all types!
- Entertain our guests for 15-30 minutes each in-between the bands. or
- Wander through the crowd adding to their experience. or
- Create Live Art, stage front, during a bands performance.
- Payment scale is sliding and will range from comped festival entry to a small stipend or a partial trade for a booth space. Other perks may be offered depending on performers offerings.
- All paid/professional Performers must submit a Certificate of Liability with Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival and Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians, Tuolumne Economic Development Authority, Inc., including subdivisions therof, and Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Housing Authority, Inc. listed as Additionally Insured.

All Volunteers will be pre-approved. You will receive an approval email.
- Volunteer Shifts are typically 4-6 hours.
- Volunteers may receive one or several perks, depending on level of participation; festival entry, a festival tee shirt, hat or water bottle, lunch or a booth space. All receive our appreciation!
1 shift=1day free entry.
