1. Agreement to Terms
By applying and participating in the Shop Black Saturdays Virtual Fair (the "Event"), vendors agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Failure to adhere may result in removal from the event without a refund.
2. Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must be Black-owned businesses or brands that support and uplift Black economic empowerment.
All products and services must be legal, ethical, and align with the mission of Black Ryze Rootz.
Vendors must submit a completed application and payment by the registration deadline.
3. Vendor Fees & Payment Policy
The standard vendor fee is [$50], payable at the time of application.
No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Vendors who register late may be subject to an additional late registration fee of [$65].
4. Virtual Booth & Event Platform
Vendors will be provided a virtual booth or marketplace listing based on their selected package.
Vendors are responsible for providing high-quality images, product descriptions, and necessary links for their booth setup.
Vendors may host live sessions or product demonstrations during their assigned time slots.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must be present and actively engaging with attendees during event hours.
All products, pricing, and promotions must be accurate and clearly communicated.
Vendors must ensure timely fulfillment of orders placed during the event.
Vendors may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized promotions.
6. Marketing & Promotion
Vendors grant permission for their business name, logo, and products to be used in promotional materials for the event.
Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation using the official event hashtags and branding.
7. Refunds, Disputes & Customer Service
Vendors are solely responsible for handling all sales, refunds, and customer inquiries.
Black Ryze Rootz is not liable for vendor transactions, disputes, or customer service matters.
No Refund Policy: All vendor fees and ad placement fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Vendors who fail to attend or participate in the event for any reason will not be issued a refund or credit.
8. Code of Conduct
Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content will result in immediate removal from the event.
9. Event Cancellation & Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures, platform issues), the organizers may reschedule the event.
Vendors will be notified of any major changes as soon as possible.
10. Design & Submission Guidelines for Full-Page Ads
Ad Dimensions: [Full Page]
File Format: PDF, JPG, or PNG (300 DPI, CMYK color mode preferred for print)
File Size Limit: 5MB
Content Guidelines: No profanity, hate speech, misleading claims, or unauthorized use of trademarks. Ads must align with the event’s mission.
Submission Deadline: [March 19, 2025] (Late submissions may not be included)
Revisions: Vendors are responsible for submitting final artwork. Any requested modifications by the event organizers must be completed before the deadline.
QR Codes & Links: Vendors may include a QR code directing attendees to their website or product page. Ensure all links are working properly before submission.
11. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By submitting an application and payment, the vendor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
