ShamRock The Rose District 2026

Participation Fee: FREE Beer vendors will provide:
     - Enough beer to sample 500-600 attendees that have 3oz sample cups (can be different varieties)
     - Jockey Box or Trash Cans to keep kegs cool, or coolers for bottles/cans
     - Tent, chairs, marketing materials & signage (everything required for booth set up, including weights / sandbags to secure tents. NO STAKING INTO THE GROUND since it's concrete.) First come will be under the large pavilion on Main St. 
     - Personnel to work serve during the event (we can help with volunteers to help pour if needed
     - In-brewery and social media promotion for the event Each participating vendor will be contacted at least one month prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served.

• There may also be an option to also having a vendor booth out in the main event as well to sell.

Beer Garden Volunteer (Shamrock the Rose District | 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM) Join the fun and help us keep the good times flowing at Shamrock! Volunteers will assist with setup, help vendors as needed, monitor the perimeter of the Beer Garden, and help with tear down at the end of the event. A volunteer T-shirt will be provided to wear during your shift. Must be 21+ to participate.
