SEG Beginner Sewing Workshop

Please read carefully. This is a legal document. By signing below, you agree to the terms outlined. 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in a sewing workshop involves the use of sharp tools and equipment (such as needles, scissors, and sewing machines), which can result in injury if used improperly. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this workshop and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, harm, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation. 2. Medical Treatment I understand that Spokane Entertainers Guild (SEG) does not provide medical insurance or medical treatment for participants. In the event of an injury, I authorize SEG and its representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary. I agree to be responsible for any costs incurred due to such treatment. 3. Release and Waiver of Liability In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless the Spokane Entertainers Guild, its officers, directors, volunteers, instructors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, now and in the future, for any injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in this workshop. 4. Personal Property I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings. SEG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to the workshop. 5. Photo/Video Release I grant permission to Spokane Entertainers Guild to take photographs or video of the workshop that may include my likeness. I understand these images may be used for promotional or educational purposes, including on social media or SEG websites. I waive any right to compensation or ownership of such materials.
