About the event
Join us for another successful part 2 of Pilates With The Mayor in September, and feel the pulse of Boynton Beach with a new signature wellness event designed to inspire movement, connection, and community, powered and guided by Mayor Rebecca Shelton. Enjoy a 45‑minute Pilates class, yoga mat, stretch sessions, smoothies, protein bowls, water bottles, wellness activities, special giveaways, flower making, med spa experiences, and refreshments.

Free parking is available within the event area and in the surrounding Arts & Cultural Center lots. Please arrive a few minutes early to find a spot comfortably.

• Stay hydrated & bring a water bottle and take breaks as needed• Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes or go barefoot if preferred for Pilates• Bring any personal fitness accessories you may need (Mats are provided)• Listen to your body (Modify movements or stop if you feel discomfort)• Follow instructor cues to ensure proper form and avoid injury• Keep a safe distance from others for comfortable movement• If you’re feeling unwell, please sit this session out for everyone’s safety
