Welcome to the event application!
 
Application Process:
- Vendors will be approved or denied within 2 weeks of application.
- If your application is not approved, your fee, minus application fee, will be returned. 
 
Rules/Things to Know:
- MLM's and networking marketing can apply. Only 1 MLM Company will be approved for event. MLM are companies like (Avon, Paparazzi, Mary Kay, etc.)
- Food + Drink Vendors must be licensed and insured(No Exceptions)

- Vendors will be fined $50 for leaving early.

- There is a $75 Date Change Fee for switching dates.
- Vendors cannot share booths with other Vendors

SETUP Instructions:
- Set up will be from 3 hours before start time for all events.
(All Vendors must be setup before 30 minutes to start time).
- NO VENDORS CAN SET UP OR LEAVE EARLY. IF YOU LEAVE EARLY YOU WILL PROHIBITED FROM VENDING AT FUTURE FESTIVALS.
- Vendor + Food Truck spaces will be pre-assigned/chosen before Event.
- If you are not set-up by 30 minutes to stat time, you will forfeit your vendor booth and not be allowed to set-up.

Outdoor Events:
- Tent and Booth Set up
- Table and chairs
- Any equipment for set up
- Bring water!
 
FAQs
- What if there is rain? All events are rain or shine, events will be rescheduled in evet of inclement weather
- Can I have a refund if I miss an event? Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
- Can I leave the event before it ends? Vendors are expected to stay at Shop Black Fest until the stated end time.
