UPTOWN SHELBY'S PREMIERE FUNDRAISING EVENT ​SEEDS, which began in 2014, celebrates the work of the Uptown Shelby Association and connects with our supporters. This year, our focus is on building community connections. Just like a garden, a strong community requires effort, planning, and support. Every area of the community needs attention; all parts must be nurtured to thrive. Sponsors of the annual Seeds fundraiser cover most of the dinner costs, enabling us to support local farmers and chefs. This approach ensures that the majority of ticket revenue goes directly to the Uptown Shelby Association, helping us further our mission to enhance collaboration, enrich the Uptown experience, assist future entrepreneurs, and strengthen our community.
